For participants, registration costs 20.00 Swiss francs and is compulsory. Only one registration per vehicle; passengers do not need to be registered.
The organising committee reserves the right to refuse entry, without justification, to cars that do not meet the meeting’s criteria. Please note that if you make a false declaration regarding the make or year of your vehicle, you may be refused entry. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Registrations will be processed in the order of arrival at St-Prex from 8am.
It is possible to change vehicles at the last minute depending on the weather; provided the vehicle meets the criteria, the registration remains valid.
Clubs: the organising committee will contact the clubs to arrange their arrival times; registration is open until 31 July 2026.
CLUBS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO ARRIVE BEFORE 9 AM TO SECURE THEIR SPACE.
No vehicles will be allowed to leave before 3 pm.

REGULATIONS
The British Cars Meeting is a gathering of classic British cars.
Cars must have been manufactured before 1988, with the exception of the following makes: Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Mini, Lotus, Morgan, Caterham and McLaren; they must comply with current legislation.
Participants are required to comply with the Highway Code and are solely responsible for any damage or problems they cause.
A contribution towards the costs of organisation is requested; this is at the organisers’ sole discretion and will be used to provide the infrastructure necessary for the smooth running of the event.
The organisers are not obliged to refund the entry fee for those who do not attend the event, nor in the case of multiple vehicles being entered; registered vehicles that do not comply with the regulations will only be refunded if their entry was made before 15 August.
There are no reserved spaces; cars are parked on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee any specific space.
The distribution of leaflets and other programmes is strictly prohibited; a fee of CHF 1,000 will be charged to contribute towards street cleaning.
Car sales are permitted only to private individuals; professionals will be required to pay a contribution of CHF 1,000 per car, payable on site.
The display of advertising banners is permitted only to official sponsors in accordance with the regulations.
