REGULATIONS

The British Cars Meeting is a gathering of classic British vehicles.

Cars must have been built before 1988, with the exception of the following brands: Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Mini, Lotus, Morgan, Caterham, and McLaren. All vehicles must comply with current legal regulations.

Participants are required to respect traffic laws and are solely responsible for any damage or issues they cause.

A financial contribution is requested to cover organizational costs. This contribution is at the full disposal of the organizers to provide the infrastructure necessary for the smooth running of the event.

The organizers are not obliged to refund registration fees for participants who do not attend the event, nor in the case of registering multiple vehicles. Vehicles that do not comply with the regulations will only be refunded if their registration was completed before August 15.

There are no reserved parking spaces. Vehicles will be parked as they arrive, and no specific space can be guaranteed.

The distribution of flyers, brochures, or other promotional materials is strictly prohibited. A fee of CHF 1’000 will be charged to cover street cleaning costs.

The sale of vehicles is authorized only for private individuals. Professional sellers will be charged a participation fee of CHF 1’000 per vehicle, payable on site.

The display of advertising banners is permitted only for official sponsors, in accordance with the regulations.

Club parking spaces are not guaranteed and will depend on availability and time constraints. Members must arrive together and before 9:00 a.m. The organizers cannot guarantee spaces after this time.

Only vehicles that comply with the regulations will be allowed to enter the site.

By participating, all attendees automatically accept these regulations.
